Hi all,
Just got back from Christmas at Redworth Hall Hotel in County Durham. This was a coach trip with taxi collecting me and luggage from the door (in thick snow), great people and staff at the Hotel. I had a wonderful time and the swimming pool and hot tub were a godsend. My room was huge and the central heating was hot!!! We had thick snow which added to the festive feeling. Carols singing in The Great Hall, a Pantomime last night, quizzes and good company and excellent food - what more could I want?

One of our party also had RA and is blind from being prescribed hydroxychloroquine whilst living in Spain with no follow up checks from opticians!!! I will be start this same drug tomorrow so its a salutary warning. The hotel provided her with a huge suite as it was next door to the lift.

Arthur has made his presence known every night and I took Tramadol for the first time and nothing happened which was a bit scary!!

I do hope you all had a wonderful and happy, painfree Christmas.

Hugs to you all
Sue
